If an error occurs while buying/selling a card or a pack, please check whether it is due to the reason below.
- If other user have completed a purchase first
There are times when other user have completed a purchase ahead of you since the transaction happens in real time basis.
In this case, there will be no charge since the transaction did not go through. - When paying with credit card
If you failed to purchase, you will not be charged. Depending on the credit card company, the card transaction history may show "on hold" or "in approval process." Transaction will be cancelled within 2-3 business days. - When paying with the balance of the wallet
It may temporarily show that the balance has decreased. However, balance will be recovered within a few hours since the actual transaction was not made.
Please check the updated balance later.
